CopperHead - Fiber Optic Camera Transceiver

by Telecast Fiber Systems

HD/SDI & Analog Fiber Optic Camera Transceiver for sports, digital cinematography and ENG/SNG. Multiplexes all your 2-Way camera signals onto a flexible, lightweight fiber cable

Telecast's CopperHead is the widely used fiber optic multiplexing system that fits on the back of your portable digital or analog camera. It gives you all the signals you need in your remote TV production, and it delivers the high quality and reliability you expect of our fiber optic camera interface systems.

For Digital Cinematography, our HD "Cine" version provides the extra audio channels you need for your application, providing lightweight freedom from those bulky cable harnesses.

The low power consumption camera unit operates on ordinary camera batteries, or clip on the optional PowerPlus adapter for powering the camera through a SMPTE hybrid fiber/wire cable.

The compact CopperHead is your solution to the size, weight and transmission problems of ordinary coax and multicore cabling. You will save time and effort, and your job will become a lot easier.
